Our Reno prices
| Size | Flat price | Weight included | Days included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | $518.50 | 1 ton | 10 | Garages, single rooms, heavy debris |
| 20 yard | $589.50 | 2 tons | 10 | Remodels, cleanouts, roofing |
| 30 yard | $749 | 3 tons | 10 | Construction, estates, demolition |
That price includes delivery, pickup, disposal up to the weight allowance, and 10 full days on site. There is no separate fuel surcharge, environmental fee, or delivery fee added at the end.
The two charges that are not included
Extra days: $10 per day
Ten days covers most projects. If your remodel runs long or the weather turns, extensions are $10 per day. You can add days at booking or call during the rental. There is no penalty rate for calling late, but do call before pickup day so we can reschedule the haul.
Overage: $50 per ton over the limit
Every container is weighed at the transfer station. If the load comes in over the included tonnage, the difference is billed at $50 per ton, prorated. This is where most surprise charges in the industry come from, so it is worth understanding what actually weighs a lot.
| Material | Rough weight | Reality check |
|---|---|---|
| Household junk and furniture | 150 to 250 lbs per cubic yard | You will run out of space before weight |
| Mixed remodel debris | 300 to 400 lbs per cubic yard | A full 20 yard lands near the 2 ton limit |
| Comp shingle roofing | About 250 lbs per square | 10 squares is over a ton on its own |
| Drywall and plaster | 500 to 700 lbs per cubic yard | Old Reno lath and plaster is heavier than it looks |
| Dirt and sod | About 2,000 lbs per cubic yard | One yard is a full ton |
| Concrete and brick | About 4,000 lbs per cubic yard | Use a 10 yard and keep the load clean |
What dumpsters cost in Reno generally
Reno roll off pricing in 2026 spans a wide range depending on who you ask. Local haulers advertise entry rates in the $430 to $560 range for a 20 yard, but those numbers usually reflect a 7 day rental with a lower tonnage allowance, and several add a fuel surcharge on top. National booking brokers quote Reno at $565 to $925 with an average near $743, because they mark up a local hauler's rate and take the difference.
We are not the lowest-priced sticker price in the market and we do not pretend to be. What we include is longer time on site than most local rates, a stated weight allowance up front, and a price that does not change after the truck leaves. When you compare quotes, compare three things together: the number of days, the tons included, and whether a fuel or environmental fee gets added at checkout. A $450 rental with 7 days and 1 ton is not cheaper than a $589.50 rental with 10 days and 2 tons.
How to keep your cost down
- Separate heavy material. Concrete, dirt, rock and roofing in their own small container almost always beats one mixed load with a weight charge.
- Break down bulky items. Cabinets, furniture and boxes take half the space knocked apart.
- Do not overfill above the rail. An overloaded container cannot be legally hauled, and a return trip is a second charge.
- Book the size you need, not the size you hope will work. A second delivery costs more than the size upgrade.
- Tell us the material when you book so we can flag a heavy load before it becomes an overage.
How payment works
Your card is authorized when you reserve. We complete the charge only after a local provider confirms delivery for your address and date. If we cannot fulfill the reservation, the authorization is released. Card details are handled by Stripe and never pass through this website.
